ei evryone,

today is the day that i've encountered the most embarrassing and humilating experience in my life (hope wla ng next)...i encountered 1 of the Tulfo brothers, because 1 of our client raise a complaint w/ our co. thru BITAG, i have nothing against the TULFO clan,as a matter of fact i alwys watched their program but after what i experienced today, i want to curse them especially BEN TULFO...i was the one hu answered his col and he introduced himself, and told us that they received complain against our company,so he ask for the name of my boss, i told him that "im nt in the position to give any names" but then he insists to the point that he even "shouted" saying inappropriate words and he is so RUDE!!! ... to retain my professionlism i keep myself calm,polite and told him that we wil answer their questions once we informed the mgt...and then he ask for my name (take note,i already introduced my name b4 the converstion)and also ask what is my position on our firm,after he knew that i was a rank n file employee "only" he told me that "bayaran k lang pla dyan at manggawa lang!", i control my temper not to be rude (n kgaya nya!) for my co.'s sake, i told him "sir i answred ur questions politely and talked to u w/ respect hope i could get a little respect in return" ,he dont even care!!!...after questioning everything and got nothing he just hang-up the phone, w/o properly ended the conversation...what i had today is very degrading and humiliating one(though its just over d fone) because BEN TULFO doesnt know what is the real story between our co. and the complainant, what he only cares about is to "THREATEN AND DEGRADE PEOPLE" to show the i public that he is fearless (feeling nya lang)...to those pipol hu idolized them think not only twice! wla cla sa lugar!!!! daig p nila mga siga sa TONDO at BILIBID!
